I was asked to shoot some food photography for The Goldsmith Centre, who, apart from being the leading charity for the professional training of goldsmiths, have a venue side to their business; hosting meetings, presentations, dinner parties, exhibitions, screenings, photo shoots, product launches, receptions and weddings.
They wanted to have a few canapes shot – this is my favourite one –
And these were my favourite to sample, (of course!)
They look like bunny rabbits in this one, don’t they?
As well as featuring the fine dining menu, which really did look absolutely fantastic.
During the shoot, the chef was putting some finishes touches to one of the dishes……..
…….when I caught his reflection in the spoon, which makes a cute shot!
I am pleased to see, that just a few days after the Events and Marketing team received my finished images, they have already used one of the shots in their latest brochure.
The Goldsmiths Centre is a lovely place for your event, and you can hire it yourself. It’s near Farringdon Station and has several options for rooms hire. Check out further information on their website here: Goldsmiths Venue Hire.
