Cathy Wilcox & Michael Burchmore, who run Wilcox Burchmore, a commercial catering design & installation company, approached me wanting professional photography to update their website & marketing material. They also needed some input on how to go about it as they hadn’t done a professional photo shoot for their business before.
I suggested the best thing to do was select several locations where Wilcox Burchmore had created spaces & shoot a mixture of architectural photos – to show off the equipment itself, use of space with the furniture design as well as action shots with people, to show functionality.
Working closely with their marketing consultant Jane Brocklebank, we set about visiting several sites over two days & producing a mixture of shots to showcase the kitchen, reception & restaurant design.
We also showed young ‘chefs’ in action as they had several school clients.
