Delighted to see the issue of Roast Magazine out this month, celebrating all the iconic restaurant has to offer as well as other foodie features, recipes and some great behind-the-scenes pics – captured by staff.

In preparation for the page 10 feature and the Roast Website, I was delighted to meet the new head chef Stuart Cauldwell, who wasn’t available for the last shoot and take some great new pictures of him. He confessed to hating having his picture taken, but I believe we got a few great shots him that he can use for quite a while.
