Working for The Prince’s Trust again, I was commissioned for charity photography shoot to help capture one of their Stem Sessions at the Kennington Training centre.

The Prince’s Trust are working on a Digital Skills Report with tech company Samsung, and the London School of Economics (LSE), looking at how young people use technologies today and the effects this has on both their well-being and prospects for getting into work. So attending one of the Stem Sessions, was a great opportunity to grab some photographs of the young people in action, which they would use to illustrate the report.

It was great to be on site for a few hours as it allowed me a chance to build up some rapport and trust with the attendees so they were comfortable with me photographing them, it was also a great opportunity to grab some other shots, which they could use for their organisation.

In particular, some documentary photography of a woodwork workshop, which some of the young people were taking part in.
