I was commissioned by Delaware North – the company that looks after the hospitality side of the business for Wembley Stadium – to shoot some new images for their website, showcasing some of their main conference and event spaces. We opted to photography during a morning event so we could capture the areas in use, bringing them to life for future customers.

Starting in the The Great Hall, I wanted to capture the sheer size of the room and include the stunning black and white ceiling, before and after delegates were in the room.

The we moved down to the Club Wembley break-out area, where guests were enjoying their morning coffee. The aim was to capture the size, the light and the relaxed informality of the space.

This shot below was just a step away from the people mingling in the pictures above and I wanted to capture the proximity of the breakout area to the pitch. After all, if you’re at Wembley Stadium and you’re a football fan, you’re probably going to want to take a peak….

My client was also keen to show how the different areas connect, so I captured this shot of the delegates travelling back up to The Great Hall, with the low-key silhouette making what is really a functional photo more visually pleasing.
