Great to be back at The Wellesley London, Knightsbridge and also great to be shooting cake. Well, it’s one of my favourite things after all 🙂
So this time it was the new, aptly named, Pa-tea-sserie, which The Wellesley describe as “a new twist on the classic English tradition, the ideal treat for true tea infuse-iasts! Enjoy an array of intricate pastries flavoured with some of The Wellesley’s most unique tea blends served alongside a selection of handmade sandwiches, an assortment of scones and seasonal preserves with clotted cream.”
The hotel wanted images for promotion of the tea across websites and social media. Whilst I was on site, they also set up a few shots for a children’s gift promotion they are running – hence the bear and cute umbrella shot.
Of course, like all good food shoots, the afternoon ended in the sales assistant and I sharing the afternoon tea together and having a good old natter. There’s nothing like a good cuppa and a piece of cake for a bit of bonding and no one wants to see good food go to waste.
