This was an absolutely wonderful shoot – featuring three of my very favourite things – wine, food and cute animals!
I was hired by Roast founder Iqbal Wahhab to accompany him and his new head chef, Stuart Cauldwell, on a trip, alongside their PR company and a food writer, to capture images, as they visited supplies in Dorking for a restaurant they were considering opening in the area. The photos would be used for press and marketing purposes.
Throughout the day we visited the wonderful Denbies Vineyard, a small independent cheese makers, a trout farm, with a pet llama (!), free-range poultry farm and a free-range farm. Obviously I had to sample the cheese and smoked trout so I could take better photos….hard life for sure.
And here’s one of me falling in love with a lamb..
