I was asked to photograph the whole team at Roast, who are celebrating Roast’s 10 year anniversary and still doing a thriving business.
It was also a chance to photograph the new head chef Anthony Fletcher and prove that a chef smiling in a photograph is a great idea. Having spent quite a lot of time in China, he was used to posing for lots of pictures and so was a complete natural.
Iqbal (Wahab – the owner/founder) also wanted a few pictures of him discussing some new fresh produce, for a feature in their magazine and a sparkly new portrait of Sergei Gubars, the General Manager and one for himself.
