These vegetables (and fruit!) were so beautiful, I had to take them aside and shoot them. But how to approach it? Well I wanted a really simply set up that showed off the colours and form with no distraction. I opted for a low-key set up with a simple black back-drop and then remember some reflective perspex I had from a glass-wear product photography photo-shoot I did a while back. This gives a great reflection of the product (when lit correctly) and, in my opinion, really highlights the natural beauty and detail of the veg (and fruit). What do you think?
